Where Does K2O+ ship to?
K2O+ currently ships anywhere in the United States.
Can items be returned or exchanged?
K2O+ believes in providing our customers with high quality products. The products you purchase help to fund various school programs.
Because all of K2O+ products are custom-created uniquely for the school(s), we are unable to accept any returns. Exchanges can be considered on case-by-case basis. The customer would be fully responsible for the return of the item and extra shipping to send the exchanged item. Please contact customer care via email at email@example.com for additional assistance.
How do I make a change to my order?
If for some reason you need to add, delete, or modify an item, please contact Customer Care at via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A staff member will determine the status of the order and advise you of your options.

Our website uses the payment processor called Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. Card information is encrypted and maintained in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
K2O+ can accept the following cards:

Our site can also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types. We also support Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Adroid Pay and China’s Alipay.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery time consist of two variables: production time and shipping time. Several of the items are custom to order and will take 10-15 days for your delivery to occur. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We will send notices of your order as well as tracking information once an order is completed and shipped.
