Can items be returned or exchanged?
K2O+ believes in providing our customers with high quality products. The products you purchase help to fund various school programs.
Because all of K2O+ products are custom-created uniquely for the school(s), we are unable to accept any returns. Exchanges can be considered on case-by-case basis. The customer would be fully responsible for the return of the item and extra shipping to send the exchanged item. For customer assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I make a change to my order?
